1. Q: How do I return my order?
A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. To return your order simply log into your account, click the order number containing the item(s) you wish to return, and then click the "Proceed to Return Process" link located at the bottom of the page. (This option will not be available if your order is outside the 30 day range.) Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as obtaining a return label. Once your order is received at our warehouse we will refund the amount paid, minus the shipping fees, back to the original method of payment.

2. Q: Do you process exchanges?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. However, you have 30 days from the purchase date to return your order for a full refund, minus the shipping charges. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. For further details please read "How do I return my order?" below.
